Adaptér sa skladá zo skrinky a základnej dosky. Tam sa nachádza aj pripojenie na FIBARO Double Smart Module FGS-224. Rozmery sú kompatibilné s DIN TH35 koľajnicou.

Predný panel skrinky obsahuje v tomto prípade aj dve diagnostické tlačidlá S1 a S2. Jedno zapína párovací režim pre registráciu zariadenia do Zwave siete a druhé slúži na odpárovanie zariadenia zo siete bez nutnosti otvorenia skrinky.

Balenie obsahuje aj skrutkovače potrebné na montáž. Nachádzajú sa tam aj káble (napájacie, vstupy aj výstupy).
